How Prayer Works π€²π» πͺ
Prayer is a way of opening the heart, lifting what feels heavy, and inviting grace to flow in. It is not bound by walls or distance β words spoken with intention ripple out into the unseen and return with guidance, clarity, and healing. When you share a prayer, it becomes a bridge between your essence and the sacred, carrying your needs, hopes, and longings into the care of the divine.
What You Will Receive π«΄π» π
You may choose between two ways of working with me: through a live consultation, or by email. Both options are held with the same care, intention, and intuitive attention.
π₯οΈ In a Live Consultation, we meet for one hour in a quiet, compassion-led setting over Zoom. I invite you to treat this time as something sacred β light a candle, make a cup of tea, sit with a crystal or your favourite object, and allow the atmosphere around you to feel calm and embraced. This is your time to express what is true for you, while I listen with care, quietly gathering the threads of your story. After our time together, I reflect and write a prayer especially for you. It is then spoken aloud on your behalf β either once, or repeated over a week, depending on your booking. A written version will also be sent to you, to hold and use in your own way.
π§ In an Email Consultation, your session begins when I receive your written request. I encourage you to treat the writing process as a ritual in itself β light a candle, breathe, and write from the very depths. When your words arrive, I sit with them in stillness, listening for what is said and what is softly felt beneath. From this space, I craft your prayer and give voice to it for you, once or over the course of a week. Youβll also receive a copy to read, reflect on, or speak in your own time.
Each option allows you to be met in the way that feels most natural, while ensuring the words created for you are uniquely yours β woven from your own story and carried with love and reverence.
What You May Notice ππ
Each prayer unfolds in its own way. Some feel an immediate sense of peace, lightness, or relief. Others notice subtle shifts in the days that follow β greater clarity, a softening of emotions, or the arrival of unexpected support. A prayer can also bring up feelings that were hidden, giving them room to be acknowledged and released. However it arrives, the essence of prayer is always gentle, loving, and supportive.
Sacred and Steady Support πΏπΏ
Prayer is universal and timeless. It is a way of remembering that you are not alone, that your life is held within something greater. It encourages release, trust, and renewal, allowing space for healing to move in ways the mind cannot always understand. Many find these offerings bring a lasting sense of companionship β a quiet reassurance that continues to ripple through their lives long after the words have been spoken.
Booking Your Time ποΈβ οΈ
If you feel called to experience the nourishment of prayer, I warmly invite you to book either a one-hour consultation or an email consultation. Together we will create a prayer that speaks directly to your soul, and I will hold it for you with reverence, compassion, and intention. Whether you choose a single offering or one carried over time, this practice offers a precious moment to pause, receive, and open yourself to the profound grace that devotion can offer.
